Project Overview

Sunset Square Plaza is a new single-story commercial shell building at 1519 Don Camilo Blvd. in South Laredo, directly across from Laredo College South Campus. The building totals approximately 15,338 square feet across 11 tenant-customizable suites, designed for flexible commercial use with individual water and electrical metering per suite.

DRAC Construction is the general contractor for the project, responsible for the building shell: structural frame and foundations, exterior wall assemblies, roofing, storefront systems, site improvements, and core building systems. Tenant interior build-outs are handled separately as each suite leases.

Scope of Work

• Site preparation, grading, and utility coordination
• Structural steel frame and foundation construction
• Exterior walls, standing-seam metal roofing, and storefront openings
• Individual water and electrical service coordination for 11 suites
• Parking, sidewalks, accessibility routes, and landscaping
